| Building brand equity is one of the fundamentals the group was built on. From Cute Press core brand to other newer brands, they are forefront in image. Even as the group focuses on growing its newer brands, it stresses the continual development of its existing brands by maintaining the integrity of its "legendary" products, inventing new categories of skin care and makeup and adding new technology in product manufacturing. The group invests heavily in aggressive, well-funded marketing programs. Each brand has a single global image in advertising and merchandising presentation. |

| The group sells its products principally through limited distribution channels to complement the images associated with its brands. They consist primarily of freestanding company stores, reduced format stores within department stores, specialty retailers, perfumeries and pharmacies and, to a lesser extent, in spas, in-flight and mass market channel. |
